La Maison Blanc offers venue rentals for weddings, private celebrations and special events. Our packages include exclusive use of the property, essential furnishings, and thoughtful amenities designed to support a seamless and memorable event experience.
Rental Pricing
Venue rental includes exclusive use of the property from 10:00 AM to midnight, allowing time for setup, celebration, and breakdown.
Monday - Thursday: $4,500
Friday: $7,500
Saturday: $8,500
Sunday: $6,500
What’s Included
La Maison Blanc provides 275 white Chiavari chairs, 230 outdoor chairs, (35) 60” round tables, and (19) 36” x 8’ rectangular tables.
A complimentary two-hour photo session is also included. Detals below.

Complimentary Photo Session
Each rental includes a complimentary two-hour photo session on the property of La Maison Blanc. Clients may use their photographer of choice for this session, which can be used for engagement photos, bridal portraits, or other pre-event photography. Sessions are available Tuesday - Thursday, based on availability and must be scheduled as leat two weeks prior to the event date with a La Maison Blanc representative.
Vendor Policy
La Maison Blanc welcomes outside vendors and allows clients the flexibility to curate their preferred team for most event services. All vendors must receive prior approval and provide proof of insurance meeting venue requirements. La Maison Blanc requires renters to have an insured Day of Event Coordinator.
To ensure a consistent guest experience and compliance with venue standards, all bar services must be provided exclusively by Shake Bar & Bev Co.
Security Requirement
For all events, the renter is required to provide off-duty police officers for the duration of the event. Officers are contracted directly by the renter at a rate of $50 per hour, per officer.
Decor Collection & Add-Ons
La Maison Blanc offers an optional curated decor collection available for an additional $2,000. This collection includes table linens, vases, candles, lanterns, chargers, and other styling pieces. Clients may select any combination of items from the collection for use throughout their event.
Individual decor items are also available for rent on an a la carte basis, with pricing varying by piece.

Additional set-up hours: $250 per hour (abvilable no earlier than 8:00 AM)
Golf Cart Rental: Available to transport guests from the parking are to the venue entrance
